The personal information we collect

We currently collect and process personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, email, telephone and any other contact details). The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You completed the enquiry form on our website
  • You contacted us by email, telephone or in person about a booking or a service we provide

Occasionally we may ask for contact details for an event, competition or to join a mailing list to hear more about events and what's on. This will normally consist of name, telephone number and/or email address and will only be used for the purposes as requested at the time of sign up with the option to opt out at any time. We do not share this information with any third party organisations unless required to by law or for processing a service. How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored either digitally or in paper form securely in our office. Most information is kept for the duration required to provide our services to you, or up to a maximum of 2 years. After this time it is securely destroyed or removed from our databases. If you sign up to a mailing list then the details you provide will be held on our system until you unsubscribe or opt out. Mailing list details can be held on a third party email system to provide this service but are not shared with or used by the providers of that platform for any other reason.
